Nisha Bharti
My research interests lie in the field of women and work, labour in unorganised sector and understanding trade union practices. I am a guest faculty at TISS and teach courses on qualitative research methods and issues surrounding women in labour force. Previously, I have worked as a researcher with Aajeevika Bureau, TISS, and HomeNet South Asia. I love writing blogs based on my interaction with various group of workers in the informal sector.
